Our Tuas Plant producing biodiesel from Palm Fatty Acid Oils and Sewage Oils
Since 2008, our Tuas Plant has been commissioned and is producing Biodesel from Palm Fatty Acids Oils. Our Tuas plant is fully flexible and can process Sewage Oil, Grease Trap Oils, Waste Cooking Oils and Palm Acid Oils. In line with our philosophy, our Tuas Plant processes only non-food lipids and is truly a waste to energy model.

| Our company provides turnkey plant construction based on our latest technology for capacity above 60,000 tons per annum. For smaller scale system, we can customize a skid mounted system ranging from 3 tons to 50 tons per day. |

Typically, for interested customers, the following steps are taken: |

| 1. |
Pre Qualification of feedstock: the intended feedstock will have to be qualified by our laboratory. As various Waste and By-Products feedstock contains different types of contaminants, it is necessary for us to understand and qualify the intended feedstock. |

| 2. |
Product Quality Assessment: Once the feedstock has been qualified, we will then need to understand the product quality required of our customer. Higher product quality exceeding those of ASTM/EN will require higher capital expenditure and is often recommended by our Company |

| 3. |
Plant /Skid Sizing: Our customers will have to advise us their intended capacity and the available utilities and space for their intended plant/skids. We will define our scope of works based on the customer’s requirement. |

| 4. |
Operators Training: As part of our service, we provide training to operators for our customer. This step is particularly important as a less automated system will require a higher level of operational expertise. Depending on the customer’s preference, different level of automation can be incorporated into the plant/skid. |

| 5. |
Fabrication, Installation and Commissioning: the final step will be the fabrication, installation and commissioning of our designed plant/skid for our customer. Our experienced engineers will be on site to guide through the installation and commissioning of the plant/skid. |

Our Services for Ethanol/IsoPropanol Producers/Users
In order for Bioethanol to be blended with Gasoline as fuel, it is essential that the Bioethanol contains less than 1.4% of water. Trace water can be easily picked up during transportation and blending in humid climate in South East Asia and is often the cause for engines failure.
Our company offers the latest dehydration technology using Zeolite Membranes for Bioethanol producers. Zeolite Membrane technology combines the advantages of both using Zeolites absorption technique and Membrane technology. Our latest dehydration technology is less energy intensive, longer useful life and highly cost efficient. As compared to older technologies such as PSA (Pressure Swing Absorption) or Solvent Extraction, Zeolite Membrane technology is much easier to operate and occupy a smaller footprint.
Our company provides skid mounted packages for ethanol and ISOpropanol dehydration for Bioethanol producers and solvent users ranging for 1000 to 20000 litres per day. |
